At Manchester Pride 2024, we celebrate 30 Years of the LGBT Foundation Condom and Lubricant Distribution Scheme
At LTC Healthcare, we are incredibly proud to continue to sponsor the LGBT Foundation event, in partnership with Manchester Pride 2024. This landmark event marks 30 years of the Condom and Lubricant Distribution Scheme. This vital program has played a significant role in advancing safer sex education, and promoting informed sexual health choices within the LGBTQ+ community.
A History of Empowerment and Education
Since 1994, the LGBT Foundation’s Condom and Lubricant Distribution Scheme has distributed millions of condoms and lubricant sachets. Its success lies in its accessibility and focus on breaking down the stigma surrounding sexual health. By making condoms and lubricants readily available, the scheme empowers people to take control of their sexual health.
LTC Healthcare and EXS Condoms has supported the LGBTQIA+ community since the company began in 1993, with strong links to varying charities across the UK spanning over three decades.
Commitment to Social Responsibility
Our sponsorship, alongside Gilead Sciences and EXS Condoms, reaffirms our dedication to our core values; Health, education, and community support. To support our monetary donation, we have also supplied over 10,000 free EXS condoms and water-based lubricants.
We recognise that our role extends beyond providing high-quality products, and we are committed to making a positive impact on society. Supporting the LGBT Foundation aligns with our broader corporate social responsibility goals, which include promoting sexual health, championing LGBTQ+ rights, and fostering an inclusive environment.
